Getting Started with Individual Sessions

Find the right therapist/coach
The relationship is more important than the training modality of the therapist. Finding someone that you can work with is therefore most important.
To support you in this I offer an initial 15-minute consultation where you can ask more questions and get a sense of what working with me would be like without charge.

Initial Session
When you have made the decision to work with me we can agree a first consultation session.
For therapy during this 50-minute session, we’ll explore what is bringing you to therapy now, what working together would feel like, and whether we can work well together.
Session fees applies to the first consultation session.

Ongoing Sessions
For therapy if we decide to continue then we’ll agree a regular weekly time and day that works for us both. We can work together on a short, long-term, or ongoing basis.
Individual sessions are 50 minutes. Couple sessions are 60 minutes
